I would like to start with Danielle Klimov who is a service coordinator for first step LLC & honestly was such an amazing help in guiding me as a new special needs parent, advocating for my daughter to get her services & everything she needed & truly went above & beyond in her service. Even after we were done with early intervention Danielle still makes herself available to help. I am very grateful for all of her hard work & secondly with Ilona the ABA therapist from first step LLC she was an amazing teacher & therapist! I have nothing but great things to say about first step LLC & the help they provided me navigating my daughters autism journey with early intervention & CPSE. THANK YOU FIRST STEP!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle and the exceptional support she provided me during my Early Intervention (EI) journey. From the very beginning, Danielle was incredibly organized, efficient, and proactive in getting all my EI services set up in an extremely timely manner. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything moved smoothly was truly impressive. What really stood out to me, though, was how Danielle went far above and beyond her responsibilities. Her efforts made a huge difference in creating a cohesive and seamless experience. Throughout the entire process, Danielle remained consistently helpful, positive, and compassionate. She treated every question or concern I had with genuine care and professionalism. Her dedication to the families she supports is truly unmatched. Danielle is a rare gem in the field, and I am deeply grateful for everything she did to support me and my family. First Step Therapy is incredibly lucky to have her!

First and foremost; the staff at the First Step Agency are some of the best at doing their jobs! They are quick when responding back, provide support that parents need during this transition, ask all the right questions and are overall just great individuals. First Step agency has provided us (my family) with adequate, informative, life changing, high quality therapists that have made such a difference in my child’s life in such a short period of time. We will forever be grateful for them and their kindness and understanding during such a difficult transition! I highly recommend their services and therapists!
