We made an appointment. We took time off from work. We arrived with our 2-year-old daughter at the office building. We waited 40 minutes. Then we found out that there was no one in their office. I called the office and no one answered. After a few hours, some guy called me back and claimed he didn't know about this appointment. Sorry, but that sounds like a scam. Not serious at all!
