I truly appreciate the first RBT my son had however the Managers get rid of the good workers and keep the lazy, unprofessional non English speaking RBTs. The communication between the staff doesn't exist. Schedules are never kept and promises continue to be broken.

The BTs are problematic and liars because I didn't want her in my son's case. They sent DCYF to my house and the directors, instead of investigating, believed her. Thank God DCYF investigated and saw that it was all a lie. Don't take your children to this place!!!!!

All the staff here are great. I love that this center supports parents with their kids out in the community and they have events for both the kids and parents on a regular basis. They always have fill in coverage if my son's RBT is out and they are very accommodating with his schedule.

ABA centers of America is all about money and not what is important for my child’s needs. First of all. The RBT and people that work with my kids directly are great! Now to what I’m leaving this review for. When we first were getting services we were forced to sign a contract for 20 hours because our insurance approved it. Though I voiced my opinion that 20 hours was too much for my kid. He’s in school full time and we were having services 3 days a week to start. We had CHD Here on Tuesdays for their services and then on Saturdayswe had our son seeing a psycho therapist. My son has autism and we are working on other diagnoses. I live near sturbridge Ma and this area is a service desert for children with special needs. It took years to find ABA centers of America as we had to search high and low and all the way out to north Hampton and Boston. Sigh. So once we were forced to sign the contract for 20 hours and we quickly realized that 20 hours would be way too much being that each day they were at my house for 3:30 in the afternoon to 7:45 pm. Which totaled 12.75 (rounding up) hours a week. And they wanted 20 hours on top of the other services my boy already had. It was not doable. Our insurance allowed UP TO 20 hours. But we didn’t have to do 20 hours. They forced this on us! My kid had someone with him minutes after he got off the bus to minutes before bed time. Every child or humanbeing also needs time to themselves. And I wanted my child to have a day to himself to be a kid and have some “me time”. So because we wouldn’t resign the contract accepting the 20 hours they dropped us. And we’re not willing to negotiate a new contract because they wanted all the money from the insurance company. So ABA centers of America does not have your kids best interest at heart. And also, after googling reviews about them, even employees are leaving them because they are ripping off hours from them. Aba centers of America was also in trouble from the government and insurance companies as they got greedy. I do not recomend ABA centers of America! They do not know how to run a business and it’s obvious they are greedy and don’t have your child’s best interest at heart. Even their employees that we worked with agreed what they did was wrong. And we will miss the people that worked with my boy. They had a bond and now the company is failing my child and he is heart broken. DONT SIGN THEIR CONTRACTS. Be sure to look into the hours they are pushing on you!! Be sure it’s something you can live with. Just because the insurance approved 20 hours doesn’t mean they have the right to force you to do 20 hours. It’s all about greed!!! People need to work to support their families. Families also have errands and groceries to get and all that. We had to utilize our weekends to catch up and they wanted to take our weekends away and that’s just not right!! My son did well with the 12+ Hours we had. Any more and my kid would have been stressed out and stressed to the max. Shame on you ABA centers of America!!

Amazing work is done by ABA centers of America in creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for the children and families. The clinic is a lot of fun for the kids, and the staff is all very involved and sympathetic. In addition to the game room and regular events they hold, the gym is a terrific place for kids to burn off some energy in a secure environment. Overall, a highly trustworthy clinic and business!
