We had my son’s first appointment with OT and speech and they were both great with my son. He has level 3 autism. Everyone was very kind and well organized.

Liz is great! I’m a fan. She works hard with my daughter and I really appreciate her help and Occupational Therapy expertise. She’s helping her reach the next levels and we are grateful for her dedication, patience and skills. ABC pediatrics is a great place and I highly recommend. The other staff members I’ve encountered have also been great. We’re excited for speech therapy as well - in the near future ✌️🎼🙌😀👏👏👏☯️

We have been seeing Elli for speech for four years now she is our FAVORITE! The staff is polite, helpful, engaging, and skilled. Today was Myles’ first OT appointment with Ms. Liz and she is wonderful! Very pleased with his progress!

Kim is amazing. Ellie and Lindsey are amazing. Aly is amazing. I love ALL of my kids therapists. In our several years here I only met two that I wasn’t thrilled with. Other than the billing department I love it here. Their billing system is glitchy. I went from a negative balance to owing 800. After HOURS on the phone with both insurance and ABC and even conference calls it was determined to be a fluke. HOWEVER the AUDACITY is real. They literally told me my choices were to pay it down below 500 or start a payment plan if I wanted my kid to be able to attend even though I owed nothing (we are a one income family of five who drives 45 minutes one way to get there 4 days a week in an suv and I’m broke) they knew it was a mistaken (my insurance pulled back double payments). I was told there was absolutely no way to place a hold (I have experience in this area and I know better). After threatening to pull both my kids suddenly there was a way to place a hold on the account but my high needs son missed a week of his intensive therapy because of it (loved being called at 9 to be told he couldn’t come in). If they didn’t let him back in I would have claimed the ladder. I’d already gotten contact info for higher ups from searching but I shouldn’t have to do all of that and most people wouldn’t. It was beyond ridiculous.

We've been bringing our 3 yr old here for almost a year now. Maria is amazing with her and has definitely worked her magic to get our shy kiddo to open up to her. Our little one went from barely talking to talking a bunch and does so well. We've also interacted with Lindsey and my kiddo adores her. Everyone is always so nice and happy when we're there.
