I went to Alida Engel for speech therapy for 4 years in order to better manage my stutter. Alida is a wonderful therapist and I would highly recommend her to others. A lot of our work together was based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where I learned to accept myself and the way I speak. Transgender voice lessons! Get the voice you've always wanted and make it a reality! I worked with Alida for approximately 6+ months in order to adjust my voice to a pitch I found more in line with my gender identity.
