I absolutely love working with AlliedMedix Resources because of the amount of support and understanding that everyone has given me through the years. Every encounter I have with the Director of Operations, Billing Manager, and Case Managers/Staffing Coordinators has always been professional, pleasant, and positive. They take out the time to establish a great rapport with you, keep you updated with important information, and assist you when you have multiple questions or issues that need to be resolved. This is our second go around with BlueSprig for our son and it’s been amazing. The first time, he was potty trained and ready for kindergarten. He digressed after being in school without ABA therapy and now he’s been back for 6 months and has made amazing progress, he’s also smashing his IEP goals and they’ve helped him learn to communicate using his AAC device. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler, our BCBA and the manager here. He is always so supportive and shows up to IEP meetings to make sure our son is getting the right support in school. Don’t let the bad reputation around ABA scare you off, my son wouldn’t be where he’s at today without BlueSprig. He is loved and cared for there. We are so thankful!
