By a landslide, the best program my 31 year old brother has been a part of. He goes to the location in Northboro and has been a part of this program for >5 years

Very quick and extremely helpful in placing fingers on the screen and rolling them just right to obtain finger prints. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this done for certain jobs that require fingerprinting. Very quick, patient and personable.

My appointment was for 11. I arrived at 10:58 and checked in. The person in front of me did not have the appropriate money order to pay for her appointment, so for some reason, I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes while she left and got a money order. No explanation or apology was given to me. Ridiculous that I wasn’t allowed to go in front of her, and I wasn’t not even acknowledged.

I am deeply disappointed with the facility that treats autistic kids poorly. The staff appears to lack proper training and compassion, which is crucial when working with children on the spectrum. The environment is not conducive to their needs, with sensory overload and a lack of individualized attention. Communication with parents is also inadequate, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. I strongly urge other parents to seek alternative options where their children will receive the respect and care they deserve. There were numerous instances where my child was left overwhelmed and distressed due to the chaotic environment. Additionally, the lack of transparency and communication from the management was very concerning. It felt as though our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a supportive and understanding environment for their autistic child.

The woman works the front desk is aggressive. I signed my son up for services and had not heard back. I called and left messages, and hadn’t heard back so I decided to visit the place and figure out who I should speak to because I am new to all of this. When I walked inside, I was greeted by a really nice woman and then by another woman. The other woman began arguing with me while I was speaking and defending that she does her job. She began gesturing with her hands and raising her voice so I asked to speak with her supervisor. After asking for her supervisor three times, she calls “Donald” and says I have a parent here who wants to complain about me. Donald came down quickly and seemed very nice, but gave me the ‘what can I do’; that the aggressive woman at the front desk is the only way I am able to contact anyone who works there. He told me to try and get the worker who I am trying to contact’s phone number. I told Donald that because of this interaction, I do not feel comfortable continuing a relationship for the benefit of my son. He apologized and we went our separate ways. This is not good. And I am obviously still on a waitlist. I had signed papers about a week ago with this wonderful woman via DocuSign and I just wish that I had not visited Amego today so I would have never have had to deal with such a nasty individual.

My son received testing here. A 10 minute lagging video chat to determine if he was on the spectrum but I couldn’t even tell you the results because I haven’t received a report for testing done in October. It’s now the end of March.
