The clinic seemed proactive in setting up an appointment, but then they never called. Why would a clinic advertise, set up appointments and then flake out? Are they hoping humans with mental illness problems will not mention how awful the experience is?

First appt. Full charge. No help. Counselor was introducing herself. They moved second appt on the phone; I was in the car. Asked for a confirmation. They didn't send a confirmation or reminder so I missed it. Charge $85 for missed appt. Counselor gone for the summer. No substitute provided. Called for help. Cried. Unidentified person didnt care or offer solutions. I need help. I'm crying. ABC doesnt care. So I'm like $300 in, no counseling received. No one has reached out to help. Thanks ABC! I guess I'll handle this on my own. Do vitamins and crystals work?

My intentions are not to bash this company, but I want to let parents know that you will wait a very long time for your child to be evaluated. After waiting over six months, I called the company to check on my child's status. They informed me that it would be a year before the would be able to evaluate my child. Needless to say, I was furious. I did speak with the owner and she was apologetic and explained that they are short staff. I get that. But hey momma and poppa bears, would you let your child fall through the cracks? Advocate for your child! So this review is to the parents who don't know there are other options. Find a place that can see your child ASAP. Check with your school district. Early INTERVENTION is key. Don't let time pass you by waiting on a company to fit you in their schedule. YOU find that company that will work with your child ASAP.

My son is still benefiting from his time at Behavior TLC 5 years ago and to this day will still mention all his therapists names occasionally.

If you are a parent looking for services for your child look no further! I could not say enough about the TLC family! They are the most energetic, loving and educated people I have ever met. My daughter has grown so much in many different ways and has over come so many struggles thanks to the hard work that they all put in. I could never thank the staff for their work and dedication they give to these kiddos daily. My heart is so happy to have found such an amazing place for my daughter to learn and grow. Thank you so much to everyone for making a different in my child’s life.
