Gina was great with my daughter, but has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I was very understanding when a personal issue caused a last minute rescheduling, but then she also cancelled that rescheduled session at the last minute, and only when I texted her to confirm. I'm beyond satisfied with the therapy my daughter receives. Gina takes the the time to assess my daughter's feelings and emotions at every session in order to provide the best learning experience possible. She not only teaches my daughter but teaches me how to help my daughter with her therapy needs at home. I highly recommend Anchor and Arrow Therapy and Wellness. We've gone to other occupational therapists and haven't had much success. I've seen more growth in my daughter since we've been going here.

First initial appt, i showed up with my four year old son. Nobody was in the office. We waited there for an hour, called and texted the provider, and received no response. We live over 30 minutes away. Got a response a few days later stating she had a medical emergency and apologize. We rescheduled the initial appt and it was completed with no concerns.
