It’s been a pleasure to work with this company. Jase is so kind and helpful with all aspects- insurance, scheduling, etc. Anytime we’ve had a question or concern, he’s been responsive. It’s important to me to take care of the staff serving my kid, and they really seem to do that. I appreciate how they’ve set up a space that’s comfortable for caregivers and families. They even bring in a yoga instructor for the kids, and she works with the parents, too. They’ve really gone above and beyond.

This company failed to get proper authorizations from insurance and tried to push services on me without an authorization. When brought to their attention, they made up excuses and after stringing my family along for well over a year, decided they refused to staff my case. Don't trust this company with your child unless you plan to pay 100% out of pocket or enjoy dealing with people who are uneducated and under qualified to be processing authorizations and claims. Complaint solely about office staff, the BCBA assigned was amazing. Sad she has to work for such a horrible company.

The tuition classes are very helpful and clearly explained. I’ve seen real improvement in child understanding. Tuition is well-structured, and the teacher is patient and supportive. Great tuition—concepts are taught in a simple and effective way.👍👍
