ZERO STARS !!!!!! What i was asked to fill out just to schedule schedule an intake . You would think i am the evaluator and not them . This is what you fill out just to get an appt before an actual evaluation .my pediatrician had referred my son to this company looking at their page no reviews whatsoever. I try to do some research on them. They reached out to me and then forwarded a whole bunch of documents to my email telling me to then fax this back to them by in 10 days . You would expect healthcare to be more accessible, especially to families who might have a lot of burden . (Me as a single mom)This was such a bad experience ,if i could give them zero stars . I would. Giving me an ultimatum to complete this in 10 days . Reached out to them via calls . No response always voicemails. They made me communicate via an app that they then blocked me on even after i forwarded them the paperwork via this protected app . They only want 100 copies of paperwork that looks like they downloaded from chatgpt or google . Very repetitive and doesnt even apply to my 3 year old. No medical history questionnare . All a bunch of disjointed papers that they piled up .I already had my doubts with these diagnosers but yeah run !!!! No care to check if i was blind, not tech savvy, even autistic and not able to fill out 100 pages of paperwork . Healthcare should be accessible without all these backbreaking processes . WHO FAXES 100 pages paperwork in 2025.Am i a doctor ????? Not email not via the protected app but faxing 100 pages ????... Please revisit your policies and what you stand to achieve in the community that is if you even know what youre doing . I am very upset .Despite reaching out via the app to communicate how difficult it is for me to fax 100 copies of this crap they had me fill out . Not once did they reach back out to me .They simply closed out the chat . I would say more but i do not want to get started . Please parents take heed! If they delete my comment i will post again.. BAD COMPANY. I am so mad i spent all the nights after work filling out these papers. When i would have rested and put my efforts elsewhere
