They don't provide information unless you're someone with problems. How is it possible they can't provide information or pamphlets on how to get help or avoid drugs? According to the woman at the front, you have to be a customer to be able to get any kind of information.

Misdiagno ed and drugged for years. Once I realized it I took myself off their drugs. Therapist has decided sin1stce I don't cut myself I'm low risk patient and I'm no longer being seen on a regular basis. My issue was trauma from abuse. And they labeled me bi-polar and drugged me for over 10 years.

Really not helpful if you’re on virginia medicaid with kaiser. Results may vary but they were not helpful toward me, very unfriendly and wasted my time
