A truly one of a kind center. We chose this "out of network" center over others we toured that were "in network". Why? Because every single person we interacted with was welcoming, professional, and gave us the upmost confidence that our kiddo was in the best hands. The facility was secure (door code needed to get anywhere past the lobby), well organized and clean with plenty of rooms and spaces for the children to interact or be separated if needed. Each room has tables that were 6 ft apart with plenty of toys and sensory activities. They even have a mini playground/open play area with a swing set and monkey bars. I love that every child has their own dedicated therapist that sticks with them, so even when they are interacting with other kids their respective therapists are there and they are always getting one on one attention. The process to get in takes time, but the manager there Hannah walked us through step by step. Submitting paperwork, doing an evaluation, working with insurance-they made it as easy as they could. My child has been attending for 9 months and we have seen a significant improvement. Not to mention that she loves coming and asks to come even on days they are closed. We have biweekly meetings to discuss goals, progress, and to coordinate efforts so that the techniques that are being used at the center are the same that are being used at home to get the desired response/behavior change. There's so much more I could say but I'll leave it at this - WE LOVE ABC ARROW POINT!
