Lisa and Jodi are both amazing specialists and I cannot sing their praises enough for the positive outcomes they foster and provide. Lisa has worked with my daughter for over a year and the improvements in her expressive speech is noticeable to everyone who knows her. Knowledgeable and up to date, genuine, caring, honest, also patient and reassuring to parent concerns. Easy to get ahold of and the facility is always clean and safe. Highly recommend!

Jodi and Lisa are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable at what they do. I can already see a noticeable difference with my son and it’s been less than a month. Their approach is thoughtful and effective, and I truly feel like my child is in good hands. I highly recommend this hidden gem—it’s been such a blessing to find a place like this!

Lisa and Jodi are absolutely the best. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, easy to work with and very, very caring. They know my son really well and work with him even when he’s being difficult - which is something that I struggle with, but they make it look easy! Many of their RBTs are not qualified. I never met a qualified BCBA there. I spent months without the supervision of a BCBA and me and my RBT had to figure out things completely alone. The BCBA came by a few times, dropped off 1 million packets of papers with print so small that I could barely read it. It was not designed for my son or his needs. No one ever picked up on the fact that there was no supervision. The center in Oceanside was mold and mildew filled and nothing was done to remedy it. Shoba, one of the owners could care less when I called her and told her about the BCBA not coming and not doing her job she actually told me that they would drop my son services because they had no else to provide. I went to the center many times to pick up my son and realized they were doubling up RBTs up with children therefore not providing students with actual one-to-one services. Shoba couldn’t care less about the students. This is only a business for her. On the other hand, Stephanie responded to my email with kindness and compassion But at that point I had already left the company. This by far was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever been affiliated with.

Incredibly impressed with the work being done here. The team at Blossoming Behavior takes a unique collaborative approach to providing services, serving both the whole client, their families, and they are known for their service within diverse communities. They will request 40 hours a week therapy to your insurance company for money. The first BCBA we had, she requested 40 hours and after it was proven by insurance company, she told us that there is one available therapist (she wasn’t even RBT) who can only do ABA for 2 day a week(for 4 hours total). The BCBA also lied to us about insurance company. So we requested to change another BCBA, and the second one left our child case after 2 sessions without reason. And they don’t train and supervise their RBT at all!!
