The outpatient crisis support here is dangerously unresponsive. We have a family member with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) who is actively in danger, unmedicated, and injured. Despite providing exact locations, police report details, and legal documentation to their clinical directors, nobody has bothered to return a single phone call to the family. What is the point of having a 'mobile crisis team' if administration drags their feet while a patient is at risk on the streets?

I am leaving this review as a witness to how this facility handles vulnerable patients. A friend of mine was recently discharged from here with absolutely zero coordination for a safe ride home or transition to outpatient care. They let a severely unstable patient walk away without notifying their documented emergency contacts. The systemic failure and lack of basic human empathy from the staff and directors here is shocking. Do better.

It is terrifying that a behavioral health facility operates with such little oversight. Families bring their loved ones here expecting safety and stabilization. Instead, patients are pushed out the door while still experiencing psychotic episodes. The directors here need to be investigated for their unsafe discharge practices. They are directly contributing to the homeless mental health crisis in our city by abandoning patients.

My son was impatient her once and absolutely did not like it. He was bullied here his big brother has been impatient in other facilities but never this one. When I visited the facility seems ok aside from him being bullied and seeming stressed when fights happened. The staff was always kind and willing to give updates.
