The therapists are patient, caring, and incredibly skilled at helping kids grow and thrive in a positive environment. The owners, Richard and Kristin, are absolutely wonderful people. Their passion for what they do shines through in every aspect of the business. You can tell they genuinely care about the children and families they support, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be nurtured, supported, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential, look no further. I am providing a one-star rating for this company. After several years of utilizing their services, it has become apparent that the staff members primarily function as babysitters rather than providing tailored support and coping skills to the individuals they serve. Despite raising serious concerns, such as a staff member falling asleep on the couch and in the bathroom for an excessive amount of time, indicating potential substance abuse, no appropriate action was taken, and the staff member remains employed. Furthermore, when we decided to terminate our services, there was a lack of communication, resulting in the abrupt cessation of services without proper acknowledgment of our request.
