Autism Inclusion Care

This provider is not service friendly. The customer service is bad and when you call the person answering does not show a desire to want to help you. I would NOT recommend this provider as they do not show empathy or care for individuals dealing with autism. After my insurance provider referred me to them they proceeded to tell me that I had to prove that my son had autism and when I stated that I did have proof from a prior assessment they tried to disqualify my statement by trying to discredit the service provider that assessed my son for Autism before they had any information about me and had not even seen any of our reports from the assessment. Very rude and insensitive. I would not use this company. Also, their wait time is 4 months if you need an evening appointment. This is not the place and I would stay clear of this place.
