My kid loved it there and I could honestly see the improvement! Highly recommend. Also love that it feels like a small private clinic, in a safe area.

I’ll never be able to thank EAS Beaverton enough for all they did for my son before he started Kindergarten. The staff is so wildly creative! They made my son this gorgeous Bluey graduation hat, color printed and laminated all his preferred photos, and made him detailed calendars to plan transitions and big life events. Katrina and Josh have created such a warm, welcoming space for clients, their families, and workers alike. I know the staff hangs out off site. Chy, Madison, Courtney, Rikki, Katie, Emily, and Vanessa are amazing at what they do. It’s disheartening to me that the previous administration would leave unkind comments about this clinic, because they were so disorganized and did not hold a candle to the current staffers in charge. My son’s care improved dramatically with the implementation of the new staff (Katrina and Josh), and my son never went a day without care, even when his aide was sick. Katrina and Josh worked so hard to always find someone to fill in. They care about the families so much, and I never got that same feeling from the previous directors. EAS provides exceptional care for children on the spectrum. They also hire the best people who truly love children. My son learned tremendous social skills and made lifelong friends at this clinic. When he left, they all cried because they loved him so much. I cannot say enough good things about Katrina and Josh. They walked into a mess and not only cleaned it up, but made it so much better. This is evident because so many previous staffers who left also came back! 10/10 clinic.

This company does not care about autistic children, just their bottom dollar. After years with them they made a sudden and inappropriate, unethical shift. They hired inexperienced techs, try change techs without parent approval, stop services without communicating and do not take parent concerns seriously. A child escaped this clinic and was found across a busy street. Parents, if you care about your special needs child, this is not the place.

EAS used to be an incredibly ethical, client-centered ABA provider. They got new corporate leadership in May 2023 and made "exciting changes" per the COO's email in September (ie fired anyone standing up for ethical clinical practices). Parents could sense it was now about billing the most insurance, not providing the best care. Most of the clinical staff quit by November 2023. I've never seen a business fall apart so rapidly. Once strong communication was replaced with no communication. Once reliable therapy became no therapy. For example, they took a therapist off my youngest child's team with no notice and no one to replace her. They only put her back on after numerous angry calls and emails from my husband and me. But what disturbs me the most is corporate leadership's attempted manipulation of the staff. Prior corporate management understood the therapists and BCBAs are the backbones of the company. You can't increase profits when you don't have anyone who wants to work for you. I wholeheartedly recommend finding another provider for your child and have shared our experience personally with several other EAS families, who will join us in being former EAS families.
