If I could give Springboard 10 stars I would. What they did for me changed my life. The therapists gave me the tools I needed.

I don’t even know how to express the depth of my gratitude to the team at Avery’s House. Our family went through an incredibly difficult time, my daughter was struggling with self-harm and suicidal thoughts. We lived in constant fear, terrified of every phone call, afraid of hearing the worst news any parent could imagine. Everything changed when she started treatment at Avery’s House. The team there is absolutely amazing: compassionate, professional, and genuinely devoted to helping each child heal. They provided her with so many effective tools and techniques, but most importantly, they gave her hope and made her feel safe again. Thanks to their support, my daughter has completely turned her life around. She’s doing so much better now, confident, optimistic, and full of life. In fact, she was so inspired by this experience that she’s now studying psychology because she dreams of one day working at Avery’s House herself, to help other kids the way they helped her. Avery’s House didn’t just help my daughter, they changed our entire family’s life. I will forever be thankful for everything they’ve done for her and for us. They truly saved my child and gave her a future.

We found Avery’s House to have caring, invested care givers. Our son felt safe, supported, and had necessary tools for when he completed his stay. We (parents) felt supported, encouraged, and given tools to help when our son came home.

I want to say thank you to the worker's at Avery's House. My wife and I had a teen go thru their program for a couple of months and it helped them get to the core problem of what they were dealing with. As parents this was our first time dealing with Teen Counseling Center's and the people at Avery's House communicated compassionately and clearly with us the whole time. The work they did with my kid was professional and helpful and has made a way forward forthem toi live a healthy life.

As a former client of Averys house, I have nothing but love for this place. I struggled with my mental health and addiction coming in and was pretty resistant to the idea that this could help me. I then learned that you really get out of it what you put into it. The staff here truly cares about you and has your best interest in mind; which is everything in a treatment facility. I'm writing this review for parents and possible clients that are feeling hesitant-if not now, when? I really didn't think that there was an opportunity for me to get better and Avery's proved that wrong. It was so hard going in, but even harder leaving. Forever grateful for this place.

Excellent admissions. Kind and compassionate staff. Clean and comfortable facility. Our teen is loving equine therapy and all the stimulating daily activities. Psychotherapy group, daily sessions with therapist, weekly visits with the prescriber, education time, variety of meals, no complaints at this time!
