Submitted my recertification 50 million times, paid the fee, and because someone is blind or can't read my recertification information was declined multiple times even after submitting endless appeals with documented proof

Just as everyone else, I've had nothing but issues from the BACB. I sent in my recertification and it was denied because of (well conflicting information- 1 saying I only sent 1 doc, another saying I only sent 3 of 5 pages).
