Wow! As a parent who has been through the wringer with a complex teen who takes a lot of meds, I cannot overstate how amazing Courtney Marchetti is. If she is available to work with your child or adolescent who is struggling, jump at it. My son is at boarding school in VT and needed a VT based psych to manage his meds. Courtney has been phenomenal. She sees my son in person and virtually at least monthly and more if needed. My son takes a lot of meds, and she has stayed on top of them, looked for ways to reduce them, constantly monitors how he is doing with feedback and labs. I have a ton of confidence in her which is rare after a few not so great experiences. She is a great communicator, open to suggestions, super responsive, and has built an incredibly strong relationship with my son who trusts her and respects her opinions (more than mine). She has encouraged him to take more ownership of his overall health well beyond meds, suggested he work with a dietician, worked with him to understand how to research possible supplements for safety (interactions), quality, and potential effectiveness, and more. She really cares about him in a holistic way and always goes above and beyond. I would give 10 stars if I could!
