If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT book sessions here they will double book you and make you wait a while to see anyone. They blamed it on “miscommunication” but the owner of the company had a personal conversation with my husband and knew what a desperate situation we are in and he still booked over his appointment. There were no texts or calls to inform us that the appointment would be given away. So we showed up for the appointment 2/12 they looked at us like we were crazy. Then said we could wait more than 4 weeks for another spot after we have already waited 8 weeks for a spot just to get a consultation. This is so unprofessional and I can’t believe they didn’t make it right. I hope this helps someone else looking for help know that they obviously are to busy to care so on one hand good for them on the other shame on you Cody.

I am so thankful for Jay! I had so many questions and concerns that I never got answers for until meeting with him. He’s been such a great support system for me and my diagnosis! He loves doing research and making you feel comfortable and confident in your diagnosis as well as makes sure you understand this is just a new thing about yourself!
