Awful. Rude. i'm so disappointed in the organization. You work with children and families in crisis. How could you treat people this way. -- responding to your comment below. I was scheduled to meet with Heather. She cancelled my appointment day of because I had not seen the email requesting me to fill out paperwork. For a busy family in crisis, that is a crushing call to receive. Especially when you are looking forward to the appointment and longing for help. The attitude and rudeness I received from her is inexcusable in your business. I stand by my review. I'm sure you have other staff that are better. The one I was paired with was appalling.
