BFC is by far the best provider for health care in Bethel Alaska! Deb Cyphert is attentive, caring and extremely knowledgeable! She takes time to listen to your concerns and never rushes through your care. The front desk staff always greets you when you walk in and always has a smile on their face and is willing to answer all your questions! I always refer my friends to BFC!

This place is awful. Screwed up my billing and never fixed it, and refused to fill prescriptions when I went out of state to take care of my sick mother unexpectedly. Instead of delivering this news themselves, the director and nurse hid behind a poor receptionist that had no idea what was going on. Thanks for sending me into withdrawal Bethel family clinic! #hippocraticoath
