My son had been going there for over a year and a half for speech therapy, same day same time never changed. I then started school and explained to them I may be 5-10 min late, they were completely fine with that. Next thing I know they asked if we could do a 9 am appointment on the same day and I explained to them we were busy.

After asking for a bill for 5 months I was finally shown a statement because I contacted insurance and found that my child had received 2 different services when I only asked for one. A surprise bill for $1400 extra was presented to me.

They do not communicate well. This was my first experience with speech therapy services and I got a surprise $700 bill after learning from my insurance company that my son had several sessions that exceeded coverage. At no point was I told how many sessions were covered or alerted that we would be exhausting coverage sessions.
