Frances Murphy has helped me during the darkest times of my life over the last 30 years. She has many unique talent & skills – some that have impacted me the most are the ability to reduce my fear and anxiety, identify where I tend to shame myself and self-correct, and teaching me that it is okay to change my perspective about myself and the world around me. She always has a fresh perspective to help me when I feel stuck in a situation and has shown me how to be honest and direct with love to ask for what I want and need.
