My experience with The Psychological Wellness Clinic has helped me ( is helping me) to identify and understand the roots of my habitual emotional distress, I am almost 70 so it’s never too late! My regular sessions have helped me uncover truths and strengths within myself that are helping me cope and accept what I can and can’t control. I have had wise friends in the past that have helped me along the way. There is no replacement for the guidance you will receive from an impartial experienced professional. I had tried therapy in the past which brought me no relief. My first sessions were very different with Dr. Nancy, she took the time to build a relationship with me, I felt understood and when we started exploring strategies for coping , etc, I knew she knew me and these methods were right for me! I’m making a lot of progress on the initial issue that brought me to therapy, I have more hope and joy in my life than I ever thought I’d have.

Dr. Nancy Kenyon Richardson is probably the best psychologist I have ever seen (and I have seen a few). She is well educated, knowledgeable, compassionate, considerate and personable. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone, as they personally have assisted me in getting over a variety of personal barriers.

About a year ago I started with The Psychological Wellness Clinic and it has changed my life for the better. Therapy is never easy we know that but the AMAZING Team at The Psychological Wellness Clinic let me take things at my pace. They made me feel safe and supported while giving me hope and understanding. Provided me with not only knowledge of my diagnosis but tips and tricks to help me cope in everyday life. I look forward to my appointments because I really due leave them smiling and feeling like I took back a little bit of my life each time.
