When a family member was experiencing medication withdrawals due to a prescription refill difficulty, she was extremely rude on the phone, dismissed my concerns, did not offer any help or support, and then proceeded to hang up on me. Do not recommend going here.

My review a year ago was deleted which was 3/5 today I redo my review and list 1/5…. And I kept going. To summarize the previous review. I was threatened I would not be seen because I missed a Dr appointment during high COVID times and had a new born and Covid and working full time… the receptionist then was terrible…..Again after another year I was left having to leave because I was in a position where my medication was not being filled regularly or in the exact same time as others. I was playing middle man and phone tag between drs and pharmacy. Pharmacy would say contact the dr and the dr would say it’s the pharmacy and to contact them. Leaving me cold turkey on medications I need. Then I was reminded I missed 2 drs appointments years ago 2021 and 2022 and was being told if I missed an appointment I was at the drs discretion whether to keep me or not. After that plainly rude phone call. It came to my attention I needed to find a new place. The dr was kind for years. Hence why I kept going back but the receptionists old and new hires were not… and with playing middle man. I just couldn’t keep doing this for the sake of my health. I also know if you miss 3 appointments in a year then the dr can decide to keep you on or not. I didn’t know I would be reminded of past years misses.
