I felt all my concerns were dismissed and the doctor took me off medication I’d been successfully on for years because she didn’t believe my diagnosis (from another psychiatrist was real). I saw the doctor almost ten years ago and I’m still shocked this happened.

The services provided to me were excellent. I really appreciated having Laura as my counselor! She is great. It is good to have someone from your own culture as a therapist.

The person I met with, who has her Master’s in psychology and going for her PhD was nice, was not helpful. The part of therapy is that it’s supposed to be therapeutic and not give you a headache. I got more questions than anything else. She was very judgmental.

I have had the please of working with Heather Quigley! In a country of healthcare frustrations and hindrances, this practitioner and practice is one of the bright spots! The personable, transparent, and selfless manor in which she has treated me has made a drastic improvement on my quality of life. Thank you for all your continued help and care!

My daughter Erin, is the patient. She was treated in 2024, for sometime. I was very pleased with the care she received. Now I found myself reaching out once again. Had one zoom visit, my daughter attending couple days ago. Follow up appt. arranged two weeks. Not known if the care will continue with whom we just met, or Erin may return to the physician assistant, NP she had 2024. Either way I was relieved to be working towards getting my daughter the care she requires. Thank you, Lesley McGrath

⸻ My old doctor’s office went out of business, and all of my medical records were lost. I’ve been on ADHD medication for years in the past, and I was hoping to get back on a treatment plan that had worked well for me. Instead, they dragged things out for almost a year—running unnecessary tests and trying a bunch of random medications—only to eventually tell me that my previous ADHD treatment plan included Adderall, and because of my history of substance abuse (rehab once in 2011, clean ever since and very active in the recovery community) they couldn’t help me. Then they just wished me the best. Thanks for wasting my time.

I highly recommend Boston Neurobehavioral Associates! I have been under the care of my psychiatrist and therapist(Jen Oung & Heather Welch), for about 2 years now and I have nothing but absolutely nice things to say about them and also my treatment plan. They both make me feel understood and cared about, while also working on coping skills in therapy, and medication management with Jennifer. Thank you for all of the appointments that I have had with you guys so far! A+++ ~ Matt M.
