In the instances that I have spoken with Nicole about office questions, she has always been kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this practice.

Do not call for help. They will not help you! I sent a message asking for more info, and Nicole called back. She was very sarcastic and rude when I was shocked at how expensive they were compared to other therapists.

I am very disappointed in this practice. I was referred here by Kaiser for postpartum mental health concerns and they dropped me as a client after one appointment after not clearly explaining their appointment system.
