I love this place. All of the staff is kind, courteous, and professional, and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Samantha Stokes was my physical therapist and she did an amazing job of nursing me back to almost 100%!

Never returned calls! I called 2-3 times for the past 3 weeks and leave a message and tell the person who picks up the phone the first that I’ve been calling and leaving a message for my son’s referral then they transfer me to a voicemail. Thankfully we have a PPO plan and I’m finding somewhere else.

Our son was receiving services but then was suddenly dropped after his speech therapist went away on maternity leave. We thought he’d get a new therapist and we’re very understanding of his old therapists situation but we kept waiting and then got a call that the new therapist wasn’t certified yet and couldn’t proceed. That we should look for somewhere else. We did and looked around and got new referrals and information from his pediatrician but it seems like everyone has either lost services or isn’t accepting our insurance. You can see where it’s starting to get frustrating. I decided to call the facility to follow up as they said I could in our last conversation and left a message and got no return phone call. Now it’s hard to reach them to at least get my sons records to take with us so we can better explain to whichever new facility can take him.

Wonderful therapists and analysts who are dedicated to the cause of every single child and family with whom they work. I recommend working with them at any branch in the Orange County area due to personal experience, and I'm sure any other location meets the same high level of professionalism and care.

CLC is an amazing place with therapist's that have solid hearts. They have helped us move forward with help for my daughters delays. But I give them three stars because they really get upset when you miss sessions over things like doctor visits, sick days, etc. They threaten to kick you out of the agency because of certain policies. PROS AND CONS. But this place definately has places that need improvement.
