I've been with my Dr. Quite sometime and I love how he listens, and tries his best to help me with my mental illness. Also Lisa the medical assistant I think is AMAZING as well! Everyone who works here is exceptional!! Thank u Canvi and Hyrum!!

Deceptive practices to get clients to join. Was told not to worry about cost because grant funding was available. Billing is horrible! Didnt think anything when I didn’t receive a bill because of what I was told at intake. Almost a year to get a bill. It’s turns out Cultivate does not coordinate grant funding. Now grants I’ve contacted do not pay for prior services. Thanks Cultivate! On a side note the staff were great with my child. I cannot recommend this place because of billing issues.
