DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I took my daughter here about one year ago due to there being almost one year wait list for the developmental pediatrician and I regret it. My daughter was 3 at the time and although she is verbal my main concern was that she has so many food aversions she is on pediatric nutrition shakes and food therapy as well as many sensory seeking behaviors and even wears noise canceling headphones for any sounds that bother her. This however I was barely given less than a minute to try and summarize to the examiner that stated she would make her eval based on the exam and could make a note at the end of what I said. Once I received her eval it gives a scale and she marked her as 2 meaning minimal to no risk of having autism out of 10 and In her report it kept repeating she could talk and make eye contact. During the exam she looked stressed literally taking toys out of my daughter’s hands like she was rushing her so she could leave to her lunch. Fast forward today my daughter is 4 and is now displaying more signs like making repetitive sounds for extended periods of time and having proximity issues when trying to socialize and is needing ABA Therapy and when I was given the referral the new place told me they would kindly re evaluate her with an actual developmental pediatrician they have since in girls it’s common if they are verbal for them to display what is known as masking behaviors and mimicking behaviors to try to blend in with others and that observations I have made at home are concerns of autism. So this Action behavior place or at least the examiner I got doesn’t really understand the spectrum of behaviors a child with autism can have or that they can be verbal and still have autism and now I have to re do the process to get her the help she needs.

This school is so good! I have nothing bad to say. They have helped my grandson come out of his shell. He has made friends. He is talking. He loves going to school and never wants to stay out of school. The director and everyone there are so helpful. They listen. They try their best to help anyway they can. They are good to the children and love to help them grow! I would recommend to Action Behavior Centers to anyone who needs help.

Action Behavior Center has been a wonderful experience for my son and our family. Prior to enrolling, I was so overwhelmed and anxious with trying to navigate the ABA world. I didn’t know if it would be the right fit for my son. It turned out the be amazing! My son has made so much progress this year and has less problematic behaviors. I highly recommend ABC!

My twins have made significant strides attending Action Behavior Center. Our BCBA and therapists are excellent and keep us informed on our sons day from front start to finish, as well as, the goals that they are focusing on. Management and staff are very professional, supportive, friendly and answer any questions/concerns we may have. My family and I are extremely grateful for ABC and are confident we finally found what our boys need to succeed! Thank you ABC for all your hard work and dedication!
