Claim your listing! We just moved to White Plains and didn't know anyone. My wife and I came across this counseling center online and decided to give them a try. Without divulging too much, we wanted our new start to get off on the right foot and we knew that some marriage therapy was in order. The couples therapist we spoke with, Dr. Filewich, was very understanding and helpful. His relationship therapy techniques worked really well for us, opening up communication and encouraging us to empathize and feel what the other was going through. My wife needed postpartum and depression counseling after our special needs baby was born and I needed stress and anxiety counseling to help handle my ever increasing job duties. We've learned to slow down a bit and appreciate each other more. Dr Filewich even offered some educational consulting and cognitive behavior therapy methods that also helped. You can tell that he has been a marriage counselor for a long time and all of the staff were understanding and professional. Thank you again to all of you, the Bellanto's.

I just tried to call this place and they have very rude receptionists and rude management.

my kid sees sophia and she is telling me what medication she needs to be on and what doctor will send the order in for it. She told me to change doctors so i can get my kid on the correct nedication for her but im surprised its protocol for her to tell me what medication is needed shes not a medicine doctor shes suppose to be teaching behavioral coaping skills. I miss the other behavioral therapist we saw before this one she taught us useful techniques but she left the facility. Wonder why.......

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse that assist before talking to the doctor is very pleasant and easy to discuss issues with. She's very encouraging and sympathy to your needs. I love talking to Lisa before my appointment. The doctor and therapist are very good at listening and offering support and suggestions. They are available anytime you need them.

Bhsn, Center for recovery is my go to place! These wonderful people that work at this facility are beyond amazing with what they do and how they help! Bhsn center for recovery helped save me and changed my life forever. I feel supported & not alone. They always point me in the direction I need or do well with best! There’s plenty of options. They also work with me around all my schedules & fit my weekly routine so perfectly. I take bhsn center for recovery very seriously & open up feeling very protected. This powerful safe place is perfect for individuals like me who need and want the help they provide. Bhsn is very well mannered and respectful to me and anyone I know connected to them. I’m very grateful and appreciative to have met with bhsn center for recovery & honored to have them on my side.

I just want to start by saying I have given this facility every opportunity to redeem themselves for nearly 2 years. And I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with how things are run here. I started taking my son to this office in the beginning of 2024, he has been there for just under two years. He has gone through 5 therapists. The first one he had, was more interested In the drama between my son’s father and I than the well being of my son. And she was just giving him pictures toys candy and stickers. Never really actually talked to him about anything. The second therapist seemed really out of it, did a lot of playing games and not therapy. I am all for play therapy as long as you’re doing the therapy part along with the play. I set boundaries and said I didn’t want any rewards candy toys etc given to my son because that will be all my son will expect going into appointments and she blatantly ignored what I had said to her. The third therapist requested a male, he was amazing but unfortunately left the practice within 3 weeks of seeing him. Fourth therapist had been trying to schedule with me for weeks and when we finally got scheduled she said she doesn’t take my sons insurance, so she decided to set us up with this last therapist and going to our first appointment with her the receptionist said that there was no appointment. The scheduling here with the receptionists is the absolute worst part of this office. There has been countless times where we show up for an appointment and were told there is no appointment, they call and reschedule every other appointment. They cancel appointments without letting us know. This has now been happening to my husband. He has had 6-7 appointments scheduled and only been able to attend 2 or 3 so far. I have watched the receptionists In the waiting room speak disrespectfully and nastily to people for 0 reason. The lack of professionalism in this office is despicable. My son has seen the same behavioral therapist for the entire time he’s been here and she has been AMAZING (Morgan P) she is the diamond in the rough. And the only reason we’ve continued to go back to this facility but unfortunately I don’t think that’s going to be enough to keep us here. I have never heard anything good about this place from literally anybody. There needs to be something fixed here. And it’s not just the patients.
