They don’t do text reminders and sometimes call reminders happen sometimes they don’t as it’s not automated seems like they use traveling medical receptionist. I would recommend Milestone or Elite if you want to get in a couple weeks sooner for your evaluation appointment and would prefer reminders of ur appointments via text

I think they are all great-especially Holly! The receptionist listens & will try and make a schedule out that works for you! So convenient to get to for me as well. and this place accepts insurance - like wellcare , medicare , medicaid !!! well done - a place with EXCELLENT Phyiscal Therapists etc !!!!

I went to Putnam Hospital Physical Therapy in Pawling in July because I was experiencing severe neck and shoulder blade pain and I have to say that well before my sessions were over by the end of July I was feeling much, much better!! The staff is extremely professional, everyone took proper safety precautions and they are all so very nice and accommodating. My PT was Lauren and she is so knowledgeable and so sweet and explained everything to me and also gave me various tips to prevent the pain from coming back. I want to thank her and Janet and Amber and all the staff for making me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend PHC Physical Therapy!! You won’t be sorry!!!

My experience at Putnam hospital physical therapy in Pawling was fantastic. Highly recommend. All of the staff works well together as a team and it shows. Lauren Was my therapist and she was great from start to finish. Knowledgeable, professional, cooperative and genuinely caring about well being. She treated my ankle injury for what it was, worked with how I was feeling at each visit, and helped me improve greatly in the 6 weeks I attended physical therapy. Exceeded all expectations in my perception of physical therapy and in my actual healing process.
