They told me that they do take my son's insurance. Frankly someone takes his insurance, great! I fill out all the paperwork (I work full time) so that was a lot of work for me! I searched for his paperwork for his Autism diagnosis that they needed, which took me 2 days to do! They then call me 2 weeks later to tell me they do not take his insurance! They did tell me from the beginning that they don't have any employees in my area, so that might be a long wait. Well that stinks but I will still go on a waitlist as I am desperate! But then you go to tell me you don't take his insurance? Why did you tell me in the beginning you did and have me send you a report of his diagnosis and then make me fill out all this paperwork that took forever! Thank you for wasting my time which is precious and I cannot get back!
