I have a lot of experience in this career field and a few of thoes years I worked at Chileda. In my experience, staff safety was a serious concern — I was injured frequently, sometimes every couple of days, and the work caused me significant stress and emotional trauma. Management often ignored or misrepresented concerns. Based on what I personally witnessed. I would NOT recommend this school/facility to families, and personally I would never enroll a loved one there. I also would not work there again if my life depended on it.

Chileda accepted my niece into their program, fully aware of all of her issues, then one week later changed their mind. This decision has had a disruptive ripple effect. My niece is in desperate need of help. Although it was heartbreaking to send her hours from home we were grateful that she would finally get the help she needs. How disheartening to discover that this place is not what we thought it was. I am glad we found out about the lack of caring and compassion before we sent her there. Very disappointing.

Informed my friend’s family that their child was being accepted into their program and just prior to the admission changed their mind. Now the child has lost their spot not only in the residential facility, but also in their school as the family had informed the school that their child was being placed. . They failed and did harm to this child and family.

My family has been blessed to find ABC cedar park. The staff is wonderful and at this point some are like family. I truly feel my child is getting some of the best support with them

This place is a godsend. Our son has been going here a little over six months. In this time he has learned to speak and is prepping for school. All the staff is warm and welcoming. We have made friends with the other parents by way of the staff introducing us. My son has improved night and day. I can't recommend this ABC location and the whole company enough. Thank you for all you do.

My daughter was diagnosed with SPD at age 2. She was going to OT and speech therapy because she had speech and some developmental delays. As she got older, I felt like she still needed more support, so I decided to ask the pediatrician about getting her assessed for autism. She suggested several clinics that would do the assessment, and if she was in fact autistic they would offer ABA therapy. After much research, I decided to call ABC to schedule her assessment test. When we arrived, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. My daughter felt comfortable and was able to complete the assessment. Couple of days later, my pediatrician called with the diagnosis. She suggested that we start ABA right away. the staff from ABC contacted me to come in with my daughter to do a walk through of their facility, and to see how my daughter would adjust. As soon as we walked in, we could feel the positive energy in the clinic. All of the staff was so friendly and welcoming! They made my daughter feel at home, and they were talking to her as if they knew her for years! They explained the registration process, insurance coverage and everything needed to get started. My daughter was receiving therapy within days of the initial visit. I can only say that choosing ABC was by FAR the BEST decision we could’ve made for our daughter!!! We can see her progress, and we can see how committed each and every single therapist and staff member is to all of the kids! You see the love, compassion and patience they give each kid. They treat them with respect, and they provide them with the confidence they need to thrive. We LOVE ABC, and we are so grateful for everything they have done for our daughter thus far! THANK YOU ABC!

I always felt good about dropping off my Grandson at this ABA location simply because the Staff was caring, nourishing, highly motivated, knowledgeable, and they always had a smile and a solid working plan in place that was specific for him. Through the years I witnessed my Grandson's intellectual, mental, and personal growth. He walked in as a precious flower bud and walked out completely having blossomed, and well prepared for the daily challenges of life. The therapist involved with my Grandson's development will always be remembered and appreciated for giving him the necessary tools needed to prepare him for First Grade.
