From behind the scenes (calling for appointment/billing questions), to clear communication through the secure portal and email, to therapy time in the clinic, I have been impressed with CI as a business. My family and son had a great experience with his therapist Taylor at CI therapies. We saw continuous progress throughout the program and were able to graduate in a little over 6 months having hit our therapy goals. On top of that, my son loved going a therapy and looked forward to it every week. I would recommend OT at CI to any family looking for help with their kid's tricky emotions/behaviors.

We have absolutely LOVED being a part of the community at CI East Middleton! One thing I love about this clinic is that my other younger kids are always welcome in the waiting area while my daughter (4) receives services and there are things to do to keep them busy :) But the best thing by far has been the patience, flexibility, and fun that Marni brings to her time with my daughter! I have loved seeing their relationship develop and grow into one that brings out my daughter's strengths while also kindly addressing areas of improvement and supporting her as she works on those. Marni's knowledge has been invaluable for me as well as I work to support my daughter and implement the recommended strategies at home. CI and Marni have been such a gift to our family as we all continue to understand each other more deeply and learn how to work together to build on our strengths.

Receiving services at CI Pediatric Therapy Centers - West Middleton has been an amazing experience for our family. Our two children receive three different services between them, and we cannot speak highly enough about the professional, warm-hearted, patient, and loving care our practitioners provide for our kids. We value their expertise a guidance as we navigate the various challenges our kids face. It has been a pleasure working with our team and we hope to continue care as long as our kids have require therapeutic support.
