After years of terrible service my son was put under the care of Dr Nathan who doesn't seem to know what she's doing and acts confused. She doesn't show up for appointments and is rude and disrespectful. For example she didn't notify me that other providers would be present and is now making me jump through hoops to get her medical records when staff there simply needs to do their job because releases have been submitted. We will be seeking health care from someone who actually cares about patients.

Man at first when we received my sons diagnosis, I was very skeptical at trusting people who could actually pour into my son the joy and love he deserves! Christina and the therapist who worked with my son have not only exceeded my expectations, they are so incredibly intentional with everything they do. They want my son to WIN at life and succeed and they over-communicate which I love. They are consistent and this center has just helped us as a family so much. We feel more at peace taking our son to public places and when he starts public school. I highly recommend it.

It’s been 6 months since my daughter started going to ABA and I would like to share our experience. She went from using 2 scripted word phrases to be able to advocate for herself. She is now completely potty trained and fully independent in the restroom. She used to slap herself in the face to say no, now that’s completely gone. I used have to feed her to eat, now she can use a spoon independently and she is almost there with the fork. The tools we get as parents every 2 weeks have helped us to understand her better and avoid meltdowns at home. Her personality is starting to flourish and I’m so excited for her future. I know that every child will grow at a different rate, but maybe our experience can help someone to take the chance and try Action Behavior Centers

I am so thankful for the Alamo Ranch ABC team. They are so wonderful with my son. He has been going there for two months now and seen such a positive difference. He is blossoming in front of my eyes; wanting/trying to verbally communicate more and being social.
