I had started process for my child to get services here. I gave them insurance cards and all documents to get started; they ghosted me and haven’t heard from them since.

Climb has been an absolute honor to work with. Casey (the owner), Isaac (assistant clinical director), supervisory staff, admin, and behavior techs have all been such a dream team. Their compassion, understanding, and empathy for their clients is truly something that you don’t come by often nowadays. Clients are truly prioritized and at the forefront day in and day out. You can definitely see everyone’s hearts in their work.

My husband and I have been told by our son’s school and his speech therapist that this place is incredible for kids with autism who need extra help. We have been with Autism learning partners on Barbur blvd in the past for 2 years (1st and 2nd grade) and they were incredible (Ian specifically). When my husband and I called on speaker together to set up an appointment today to discuss our options, I spoke with Issac who immediately asked my son’s age. I told Issac that my son was 9 and he stopped me there and said “our cut off is ages 9-10…. I could put you on the waiting list but your son would not be a ‘priority’ due to his age. We work with younger kids which makes it difficult. Maybe one of our older kids would discharge but it’s not likely.” I replied with “thank you for your honesty, we will let the people who have been suggesting you guys know your cut off.” Honestly I understand this completely due to the safety of younger children and the unknown behaviors of an older autistic child… But I never mentioned anything about my son except for his age. I suggest this company maybe update their website with their “cut off” age? So parents don’t have to waste their time calling.

Absolutely amazing. My daughter has been there for almost 3 years. They challenge her and teach her. She makes new progress everyday. Casey and her team have changed my daughters life in a positive way.

My son started talking so much more after he started this program. The teachers and managers are very kind and the facility is so nice.
