Everyone at CME Inc. is absolutely amazing!! My oldest comes 3 times a week, my youngest once a week. We couldn't ask for better therapist to work with them. They also have a van that helps with transportation. Thank you all for everything ya'll do!

We got a referral to CME from my daughter’s pediatrician. They took a while to contact me. We scheduled an appointment with them, and they canceled less than an hour before. They took a long time to contact me again for another appointment, which they canceled again less than an hour before. They have dragged this on for well over a month at this point. They called and tried to “make it right,” but that was only after they saw my one-star review. Had I not left that review, I’m not sure they actually would have “prioritized” my daughter. We are going to Bloom Pediatric Therapy Services instead. I completely understand canceling when something unavoidable occurs, but it was the lack of explanation and how untimely they are.

We’ve had our evaluation today and our OT was so sweet and helpful. So far , it’s a wonderful environment with lots of supporting therapist for my child.

We have had more gains in the few weeks of therapy here than the 6 months of therapy at another place in town. My children are older and they have been paired with people who know how to do things with their age group. It took a hot minute from evaluation to scheduling but once that happens, you're gold.
