I loved our experience during the parent intake. Very professional and friendly staff, the disappointment comes afterwards.. when you can't get anyone on the phone. No voicmail, no return of calls, no answering of the ringing phone, no secretary.. absolutely nothing.. The insurance doesn't have any information from the parent assessment completed over a month ago, its like we didn't even go here. I wish there was a way to get your attention and I hope this is it please. Thank you for your valuable time.

I was extremely disappointed to learn about the behavior of the owner, Isidro Zavaleta, of Coastal Behavioral Therapy in Rockledge, FL. He appears to use his personal social media accounts to publicly bully, harass, and attack individuals he disagrees with. As a parent considering behavioral therapy services for a child, this is deeply concerning. The clinic's tagline encourages people to 'take charge of your mental health,' yet the owner seems to struggle with the same principles in his own online conduct. I strongly recommend families looking for therapy services for children or teens seek care elsewhere, where the leadership demonstrates the maturity and professionalism expected in this field.

My son has been at action behavior center since he was 4 years old he is now 8 and they have gone above and beyond for my son ! They really care about all the kiddos there and what is best for them ! My son wakes up and is always ready and excited for school he has learned and continues to learn so much with every tech there ! I highly recommend this center!

My son just graduated from this program today. This place is nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a spot for your autistic child, look no further. My husband and I showed up here tired, lost, and unsure of what we were supposed to do. From the moment my son started here, Action Behavior Center welcomed us with open arms and walked with us. It's hard for me to even put into words how much ABC helped my son grow into the cool little human he is today. The people who spend time with your kids... they really care. They take the time to learn about your child, and after over a year- they form friendships. I can't thank each individual, but if I could, I would! Truly an awesome staff, I can't speak highly enough of them! From the BCBA's who spend time with your kids, or the awesome front desk staff who took my MANY phone calls, or the lead BCBA's that invest in your child's life and meet with you every other week to work on behaviors at home... truly some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I am in tears writing this, because Action Behavior Center is that special to me. That's how much we will miss this place. Oh, and there is an outdoor area! That was super important to me when I was looking for places. One more giant THANK YOU to you all who cared about my son and celebrated every win with us. Send your kids here, you won't regret I promise.

I guess they're okay 😏... On a serious note, this center has been a blessing for our family. The method in which they are organized is similar to what we experienced at a Montessori school. I rather enjoy the ability that my child has with socializing with other children which does wonders for his personality which shines through every day. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, so much so they have become more like family to us. My child enjoys and looks forward to coming to this center each day and I couldn't be happier knowing they are receiving the services that will only continue to help in their development. Thank you everyone for all you have done and continue to do for my kiddo! 💖

Thank you to the therapists and administration at ABC therapy. We were not sure how to proceed with helping my son with his diagnosis. We have seen marked improvement in his behavior and more importantly his coping skills. This reflects the professionalism that each of the team members exhibits on a daily basis. It is great to see caring team members who have the skills and are willing to work with my son and help make him the best person we know he is. Thank you for your continued help and support!

I cannot say enough about what an incredibly, remarkable place this is! Receiving our son’s diagnosis felt so overwhelming, but they have completely put our hearts at ease, the entire staff has been unbelievably kind and helpful. They are incredibly knowledgeable on working with children on the spectrum. I cannot imagine how challenging their jobs can be, but it is so evident that they have a true love and passion to see each child progress. They have taken the time to understand my sons needs and have even given us strategies and plans to use at home! Special shout out to Mr. Craig, Mr. Michael, Mr. Robert, Ms. Tiara, Ms. April, and Ms. Ivy, thank you for all your hard work and always loving my son, there will never be enough words of gratitude for how much you mean to our family ! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!
