COASTherapy: Huntington Beach

Scheduled post surgery PT at this location 10 days out. Less than 30 minutes prior to my appointment, they called me to tell me I’m out of network and can’t be seen. Better yet, they basically told me “good luck, figure it out yourself”. A lack of customer service I’ve honestly never experienced in my life. Every other place I’ve ever talked to tells you up front if you are out of network. Not here apparently.

The staff is very well trained, their receptionist and Physical Therapy assistants are also very good. I strongly recommend this facility

I have never been to a more thorough and accommodating physical therapy experience in my life. I have a lifelong Neurological condition as well as Orthopeadic issues that require long term intervention. Great staff! Professional and caring!

Very informative and good at what they do at coast therapy. I cant point out one team member as they all are a great team and good at what they do. Also, it turns out I knew 3 patients that go there. They said, "You are in the right place." Everyone heals different, but I would definitely start at coast therapy you will be with people who will give their best.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this physical therapy office. The staff is warm, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and care. They have been incredibly accommodating with scheduling, which makes it easy to fit appointments into my busy life. The quality of care has been excellent, and while my progress will take time, I’m confident that with their support and expertise, we will achieve the results we’re working toward together. This team truly goes above and beyond, and I’m grateful for their dedication to helping me recover.
