We absolutely love EAS! The staff and the clinic directors are always on the dot with communication. We have been there for 2-3 years now. Life happens and sometimes techs can’t make the appointment but anyways sometimes we can’t so i completely understand. Both my children have learned so much there already. I love EAS and hope to be there for as long as we need !!

Absolutely terrible all around. Seemed to start out great. After a month or 2 the tech wouldn’t show up or have excuses as to why she couldn’t be there. Eventually we tried to get a supervisor to come out, she never showed either. We were also given false information regarding the insurance. At first we were told everything was covered then we received a bill a couple months later. Once we got an explanation we were told that we were responsible for a copay for EVERY visit (we were getting visits 3x a week). The last straw was when the tech started becoming more and more impatient with our son. We terminated services at that point. The billing part was atrocious. We had no choice but to pay all the copays which was nearly $1500. They changed billing people multiple times and my “records” were conveniently incorrect according to them. You can never get anyone on the phone, only leave a voicemail. The communication is also terrible all the way around. Honestly, this place feels like a scam. If you have a child that needs help, STAY away. Talk to your pediatrician and ask them for guidance.
