We had been using the cheshire location for over 2 years and suddenly we started getting mail to our house with a woman's name. Multiple items over several months- all mail was credit card companies and banks & had same womans name. After months we became concerned as we built the house from the ground up 10yrs prior so a little Google search of the name & an image popped up along with the womans real address which was only a few blocks away...IT WAS THEIR SECRETARY!!! She was trying to open credit cards and bank accts using her name and our address!!! Yes we did get the police involved on her fraudulent activity and violation of HIPPA by using our address for her personal needs & fraudulent activity. THAT WAS THE LAST DAY WE USED THEM FOR SERVICES!!

They never answer back voicemails, and never answers the phone. Very unprofessional and a non communicative team. If you value your time, go somewhere else.

If I can give a negative star I would. This agency is horrible they are supposed to provide in home support for autistic people. I have been without staff on Thursdays and Fridays for almost 2 years. I have also haven't had staff for Tuesdays for 7 months. The people who oversee their staff never call or email you back. And if you live in Danbury you mind as well forget it. This agency is full of empty promises. Stay far away!!
