Coral Mountain Behavioral Health - Lisa A. Fraleigh DO, PC

I absolutely loved Dr fraleigh. She was great with getting my sons adhd managed. However, based solely on her front office MA Dixie, we left and I would not recommend her office. If you like being yelled at and told what to do by someone else's MA then this is the place for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fraleigh's for over 10 years. She has made a huge difference in the quality of my life. All of the office staff, especially Dixie, has always been friendly, approachable and willing to help me whenever I've had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Fraleigh.

On 3/26/25 at 09:03 I received a call from the office for Dr. Fraleigh to inform me that she was not going to be in for my sons appointment that I have waited 2 months for. I was offered to see a Np. instead that works in the office. I said I would prefer if my son was seen by Dr. Fraleigh as she has a Doctorate and studied Phycology as Np. has not. The front office lady then argued with me telling me that there was no difference and they studied the same thing. I said that's not possible as they are 2 different degrees and a Doctorate is higher than a Np. She then got rude and continued to argue. UNPROFESSIONAL all she had to do was reschedule but no she had to be rude and argue. So now I look for another psychology office in Logan

Dr. Fraleigh is incredibly professional very well spoken and kind. We came to see her for my child and she was able to determine what we could do to help them their journey of Neuro diversity. I truly appreciate all that she has done for our family. I highly recommend and have already sent multiple people to her.

Shawna, a standout staff member, was always warm and attentive, ensuring our visits went smoothly. The entire team was efficient and incredibly kind. I have been in treatment for 41 years. My pharmaceutical treatment was unsuccessful until I met Dr. Fraleigh 10 years ago. My treatment was stagnant and I was not doing well when I met Dr. Fraleigh. After being lost so long she welcomed me with a genuine smile and caring. She was so refreshing after years of stuffy doctors. She quickly assessed the situation and in 3 months had made more progress with my pharmaceutical treatment than the 31 years before. She has also made some life changing observations of me. Dr Fraleigh is also a medical doctor. A bonus. She is extremely thorough and doesn’t miss a thing. This town needed Dr. Fraleigh when she came. And we need her even more now. She is an absolute blessing to every patient. I wish there had been a Dr. Fraleigh when I was a child. She absolutely would not have let me slip through the cracks. My life would be different at 60 years old. I would be living not just surviving. She loves us all equally. Each and every one.

I have been going to Fraleigh for the last 10 years. My husband also goes to her. Our marriage would be very different, not for the better, if we didn't have her support. She is an incredible doctor. I have never had a long wait for an appointment, I see some have that experience. Without putting too much responsibility on one person she has saved my life, saved my brothers life and helped 3 of my other siblings get to a stable place. I have always felt safe with and respected by Her. She is professional and very experienced. She is a super hero in my family.
