I partly paid for services, which were incomplete as I had determined that the play therapy services Deborah offered did not suite my child. I always showed respect and gracefully bowed out of continuing with Deborah. I simply asked for a refund as I had paid for a certain amount of therapy sessions and only completed half. She refused to have any kind of communication with me and I have yet to receive a refund. Deborah couldn't even refer to a refund or reimbursement policy and I just feel very slighted having paid for something without reaping any benefits or seeing progress with my child.

Deborah is amazing! We had the hardest time finding anyone who was willing and able to work with our fearful four year old, and she not only helped him conquer those anxieties but just truly helped him blossom into the best version of himself! It was such a positive experience for our little one, we had our older child see her too even though he didn’t have any traditional reasons to see a play therapist. He also has benefited so much and just really loves the time we spend there. And I love that she has the option to train the parents in the process so we can continue the work at home, which has just strengthened the relationship I have with my kids. I am forever grateful for the day I happened to find Deborah. She is so wonderful!

I found Deborah and her play therapy program when I was about to give up hope. She was a shining light to both my son and me. We learned much about identifying feelings, setting boundaries, and using play to provide confidence. She has changed our lives, and I wish I had known her when my two older kids were little. Deborah was amazing to work with these past few weeks. She is passionate about the work that she does, and her approach works! I was losing hope that I would ever find someone to help my son with his behavioral issues, but Deborah's program has taught me so much, not only about my son, but about myself and how I parent. I have seen a steady decline in behavior issues, both at home and at preschool, and even his speech has improved. I honestly did not think play therapy would help at all - but it does wonders! She is really a Godsend.
