They just hired new bts and they didn’t even do safety training most of the people there don’t know what they are doing and some of them think it’s just a place to hang with their friends. Also in the upstairs where the smaller clients are there was someone caught smoking in the bathroom right by one of the clients rooms. They no longer have day time group for the older kids their group is at 6 and most of the clients miss it. Some clients have to have conversations with other bts or clients and with the new “rules” they are not allowed to go to other rooms. Since they put the new “rules” it has been a mess and unorganized to the point the management and office staff don’t communicate with each other. Also another thing male bts will go in to the bathroom with older female clients, that’s a little weird in my eyes.

They are amazing here. There are many services out there but none compare to them. Work with your insurance for hours, staff there are outstanding and transportation. Highly recommend

From the very first day there were issues. First day for introduction BT didn’t show up. BCBA not doing check ins Brought concerns to Peter when he was the bcba and was dismissed, felt like he didn’t want to deal with the issue They don’t buckle car seats in securely Noticed lots of diapers not being used during the day and drinks unopened Do not recommend especially for nonverbal small children.

Sort of felt more like a day care than an autism therapy clinic on our visits. seems short staffed on RBTs. The behavior therapist also don't seem well trained. This service doesn't compare to other services in the worcester area.
