Pegasus Therapy is a great place to go! My son has been going to Pegasus for about 3 years now and he always looks forward to it. Everyone there is great and Charis is amazing! My son loves her! She always works so well with him and makes him feel comfortable. I know that when he goes to Pegasus he will have a good time and get the help he needs.

My son's therapist was good. She went on leave recently and Pegasus did not bother to follow-up with continuing his therapy. I reached out and did not get a call back until 4 weeks later, and only after I submitted my termination of care to them. Then the owner Wendy called, no apologies, she just said "So you found a new therapist for your son" I indicated "no", and asked her if she had gotten my letter terminating care. The owner responded with a "yes". That is all she said. That shows that she has no clue the importance of child therapy or cared for my child's therapy. I would go elsewhere, never Pegasus Therapy. To the response from the owner: The fact that I called the business tells you that I do not have your number. The fact that I advised you that my son did not have a therapist and you did not bother to assist or apologize, speak volumes of your "care for kids". The fact that you still have not reached out personally and put responded only to a review also speaks about how Pegasus cares about profits not patients.

Everyone especially Wendy has went above and beyond for our son Michael. They taught him sign when he couldn't communicate well with others. They taught him to speak and you would never guess he's only been talking for a little over a year. We absolutely adore pegasys, the animals, atmosphere,, to each individual of the staff that we have come to know over the years. Love, love, 💘 them!
