As a mom going through a medical emergency, I was shocked by how little compassion this clinic showed. I was hospitalized with pneumonia last week, which caused us to miss an appointment, and this week I requested a virtual session because I’m still recovering. Despite explaining the situation, my son was placed on a “break/waitlist” for having too many cancellations. I understand clinics have policies, but real-life emergencies happen. Instead of offering support or flexibility, we were removed from services. It’s really disappointing and disheartening especially when you’re doing your best for your child. Do not recommend this place.
